All mythologies and cultures include tales of magical journeys of discovery and transformation.  Are spiritual quests now outmoded or impractical?  In this workshop, we will explore what it means to pursue the sacred as we go about the ordinary tasks of our everyday lives. 

Mussawir Phillip Gowins is the co-founder of The Inner Voice, a spiritual center in Pennsylvania.  He is a healing conductor, a trained spiritual and retreat guide, a Minister of the Universal Worship Service, and a long-time esoteric teacher.  His book, The Sovereign Soul, a guide to the Sufi Path in the modern world, has been published by New Paradigm Books. 

The workshop and zikr will be held in Sharpsburg, GA, about 30 minutes south of downtown Atlanta.   The Workshop will include lunch.  Tea and dessert will be served following Zikr.  Please contact Muhasaba Molly Wender at 404-256-1853 or e-mail mollyywender@bellsouth.net for information, directions and reservations.

A $65 fee for the workshop and $5 donation for the evening Zikr is requested.
